I love Gujrat as I am a Gujarati as well. The plots here may be tight knit but what he Interior designers and the architects have achieved constructing this space was so intelligent. Loved the work done in this project, the color palette was very soothing and calming. The spaces made the house look very airy and breathable. I loved this house, Fantastic job done.

Surely it's a 3 storey house which is not very practical in most cases but also look at the family's requirements. They wanted a parking space, home theatre/ entertainment room, dining area. Everything cannot be accommodated in such a small space. The architect has done a great job. All requirements are fulfilled, everything looks spacious, ample of natural light and has a soothing vibe to it. And on the third floor, they don't need to visit often. So overall it's good.

You have place AC right above the TV. It will create problems during wet cleaning of AC service and what if there is some dirt in the water outlet then water will start leaking from the AC on the tv itself.

1200 sq ft is enough..provided it's 40x30..it will look quite big if the width is good
